Odomo is a mileage tracking app for UK freelancers. This policy explains the information we expect to collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information such as email address and display name.
• Vehicle details you add, such as name, plate, type, and odometer.
• Trip records, including dates, mileage, classification, notes, and location-derived route information.
• Subscription status from Apple, where needed to unlock paid access.

How we use information

We use this information to provide mileage tracking, syncing, account access, reports, support, and product security.

Data storage

Odomo uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage. App Store payments are handled by Apple.

Location data

Location permission is used to record trips and calculate mileage. Odomo should only request the level of permission needed for the trip tracking features you enable.
